He did not want to come in the house and we needed the whole house treated for spiders. The first initial treatment did not work because we were still seeing live spiders in and outside the house. I need someone to come out and take care of the whole service. If not, I need to cancel your service because it is not working. Also, the appointment was for 11 to 1. The technician did not call until 4 stating that he was on his way. This is the reason I cancelled terminix and hoping you would be better.

Usually the technician sweeps away cobwebs etc. from windows & doors and did not do this time. Am a little disappointed that this was not done.Also did not ask if I needed inside done.
