Your technician Malik Kyle was fantastic! He was friendly and efficient. I couldn't be happier with his service.
I saw the tech pull up in front of my house and went to open gates and doors. The statement that he submitted when he charged me says he removed spider webs and such from the eaves, which is hard to do when you text your client and never get out of the car or come to the door. He did try to call and he did text. That was the amount of effort put in. I had to call the office last week because my 30-day follow up was cancelled due to a sick technician. No one followed up and this next visit will be the 3rd attempt to get my house treated for the 2nd time. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth after so many attempts.
