I love how my home is free of bug webs and all the related crap that gets into the spider webs. Despite living in a home surrounded by trees, our house has no cobwebs. thank you

The pest control person was very friendly, but unfortunately, as of today, had some type of wasp flying through my house, which I let out the front door, had mentioned these finding openings under the siding to get in, and saw something had dug a new hole in my yard, which was mentioned, so the pest are still as they were prior to the treatment.

He left the gate open and my dogs got out !!!! NO GOOD Very upset and tried calling but no one answers the phone !!! I will be canceling my service !!!!!!!!!!!

I specifically asked the technician today to remove a wasp nest under the light of my desk. But he just broke the nest and didn't remove it at all. What is the point to pay you company more than 100 dollars for doing nothing??!!

They were professional and polite. Answered all my questions. They were accommodating as I was a bit late for their appointment . Hopefully they took care of the pests and we should see a difference within a couple of weeks ! I am happy so far !

There seems to be a breakdown in communication here, or you're not training your techs properly. I'm a new customer. This was supposed to be my second appt and AGAIN it didn't work out for me! Apparently, the tech showed, but did not attempt to contact us. Maybe he tried...who knows because he never called us to say he was here. He just left. We were here. What good is having the customer's phone number if you don't use it??? Had to reschedule. The same thing happened on our very first appt. Sooo frustrating!
