Hello Antonio Aguilar performed my service today. He was thorough, very informative about what he was doing. Very polite and courteous in his conversation. Excellent technician.
Nice but did not fully provide the service I requested. THIS is the 3rd tech out to my home and all 3 did not perform the requested service. Want to cancel service plan and requesting a manager contact me. There are several spider webs in my basement. (TONS). Service request explained to bomb the attic closet and did not have the item needed to perform the service I requested. Being nice does not help half doing the job.

So we used this service, as they came door to door to sell, and we thought it was a good idea. That same afternoon, July 9th their tech came over to do the initial treatment. So far so great. After he left we noticed that he had knocked a 4 inch by 7 inch hole in our soffit in his attempt to eliminate a wasp nest. The tech, Michael Francis left without even mentioning the damage he caused. We called Aptive Friday Morning, the next day and were attended by a young lady, Lauren,. She was kind and polite and promised to refer our problem to the local manager. Again, so far, ok. Since then we haven't heard anything, and our soffit is still damaged.
