FamilyTime features GPS real-time tracking, customizable safe perimeters, an SOS button, app blocking, new contacts alert, a "time bank" that allows children to save phone usage time for later, and speeding alerts. FamilyTime is loaded with features, some of them quite unique, like alerts for when a teen is speeding, a pick-up button that gives children an easy way to tell parents where they are, and a way to bank phone time for later use. In addition, comprehensive filtering and blocking features enable parents to protect their children and stop them from wandering into dangerous content through search engines. We recommend FamilyTime as a parental control software alternative for anyone who doesn't mind the lack of social media monitoring and the mixed customer feedback.

FamilyTime offers an impressive list of features, including phone scheduling, selective app blocking, and some truly unique services like “SpeedAlert,” which lets parents set a speed limit and alerts them if the teen drives over it. The app is able to filter and block offensive material on the internet, which is a big problem for most parents. Parents can also block content that includes specific keywords. FamilyTime does not feature social media monitoring, however, which is somewhat dissapointing.

AVOID THIS APP LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would give it 0 stars if it would register. I downloaded the app it didn't work. I contacted customer support. They couldn't fix it. I could not see anything that they promised. My husband, could intermittently see the installed apps on our sons phone but he couldn't see usage. On the app on my phone I couldn't see them at all. Neither of us could see location, usage, contacts, messaging, or anything else they promise. I was able to pause my son's phone, but then it wouldn't un-pause until we un-installed the app from his phone. Attempting to work with this company or the help desk is a nightmare. So disappointed with this company. I was excited initially and even very impressed with the support and chat. But that only lasted a few moments till I realized that their chat and support was completely ineffective and couldn't resolve any of my issues. They had to continually send my questions to further support and told me to wait 24-36 hours for a response. After multiple times trying to get the app working properly and contacting support I gave up and asked for a refund. I found out that they don't give refunds if you subscribe using a discount code (that information is nowhere to be found before purchasing, and they push discount codes while you're on their website with popup chats... This company is not very good at all. They advertise features that aren't available on Apple devices. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. The phone number up top works, but there hasn't ever been anyone return my call or answer when I call. Terrible company.

Total scam! I would give zero stars if able. I signed up for the free trial. Within the hour I tried to download it and the app wouldn't work with our IOS system. I requested a refund. I was told that the "checked their records" and I had signed up for a upgrade (I had only signed up for the "free trial") and that they would not issue a refund. There is no number to call and you'll only get fake canned responses for your inquiry.

Avoid avoid avoid, This guys are thieves, this app doesn't work as advertised and for me didnt work at all, they use shady ways to get people to give reviews for a discount and when the app dont work they will tell you its non refundable. After posting a review they said to go to the chat for "refund on the spot" but the chat 1st send me to billing later told me due to technical problems it may take few weeks & after insisting said 24hr. 24hrs passed no refund, now they say they have billing problems again and I should get a refund in 48 hrs. Looks like they just keep coming with excuses and just stalling and won't refund the money.

I purchased the App on 8/25 and have had issues from the beginning. The company does not provide a number to call so any questions would be done through messages. I contacted them for 3 days to check on the progress of my issues. I received a bunch of generic responses to "restart" my device as well as my child's device. Nothing worked! Today, someone finally said that the App does not fully work with IOS systems. I requested a refund and they declined the refund because I "had availed the (CS30) discount offer. we cannot offer you a refund due to Upgrade that means (CS30) discount offer". Same disgusting experience for me as for many others. It's months that I'm running after the money they took from me even though I cancelled the app in time and they assured me everything was fine (I already had my doubts because I kept getting emails). First 21-15 days to process my refund, after that a week, now THREE times in a row this: please give us one last chance to resolve your issue, the billing manager himself is taking care of it, you will be refunded within 24 hours". Asking for the managers name they just give out random names that are not coinciding. child kept being able to uninstall app without it even notifying me of it happened. Such a waste of money and if your child is smart enough to disable it (which turns out isn't hard) it is utterly useless

If you ever need to change or cancel the plan...good luck. I stopped my subscription and they continued to charge my credit card. I've been waiting now for over 2 months for a refund. Their support staff (multiple member) keep telling me it is "in process". I'm guessing at this point that I will never see a refund. Their support staff lacks knowledge and experience dealing with customers.

waste of money and useless support. I paid upfront and after 3 days of issues on 2 different devices I gave up. I asked for a refund and was told no.
