DO NOT USE; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. It saddens me always to write bad reviews. I am also in the business to service customers and I know how important customer reviews can be. I moved on August 4th into a new apartment and I used two men and a truck in Fort Mill. After 7 long hours of up and down the stairs and setting up new apartment, the first thing the driver did was have me sign a waiver of liability. Seemed to be the priority and now I know why. Once they left I started noticing chips in my furniture, especially my 1932 French Art Deco bedroom set. Several pieces had scratched and chipped in the move. Then two days later when cable came to set up my TV they screen had been... Read More

Ogden Utah Never showed up on the day the said they would. Called twice and the girl answering the phone said she would call manager and figure it out and let me know. She never Called back. When I called the 3rd time office was closed for the day. I Called the manager and the person who gave me bid over the phone and asked they call to discuss how they ruined my entire weekend and no on ever bothered to call me. This is twice now with this company and I will never ever ever call them again. They are from Ogden Utah not Colorado.

Movers who do not care Damaged and dirty furniture after the move. It took 6 hours for 3 men to move less than 2,000 sq. ft. home where only large items left. No boxes or small furniture even chairs had to be moved. Travel distance 3 miles. They charged insurance, but did not compensate for the damage.

Cons: staff poorly trained in packing. They use excessive amounts of paper and boxes( per their instructions from company) to drive up costs. Nothing is labeled and no care is taken in handling. Totally disorganized. Management does not care about customer service. I am handicapped so I hired two men and a truck to pack and move my household. After getting an estimate I hired a friend to do some of the packing ahead of time to save some on packing charges, which were $150 an hour. She packed approximately 70% of my belongings prior to moving day. They estimated it would take 3 men 6 hours to pack my entire home. After 3 hours on moving day, 3 men did not have the remainder...
