Do not use this company. They came and took our belongings and kept on going. They did contact us and told us we could have our belongings for $20,000 probably after going through them . We did contact the police but these people are slick and the police told us to go to small claims court. They took all of our pictures, AQHA all around trophies, 14 AQHA trophy buckles, a $10,000 silver show saddle and all silver bridles and halters that I can’t replace. They took everything from our house leaving us with nothing. This includes furniture, clothes and kitchen appliances. I will never be able to replace my belongings. Your stuff will definitely not be safe with them. Either will your money. They will lowball you a quote even though you are completely up front about how much stuff you have just to win your job. I ended up paying three times the amount I was originally quoted upon pickup of my stuff when I was left with no other options because we had to be out that day. Our stuff was loaded into one truck and then unloaded and reloaded into another truck without our knowledge and it was completely mishandled. Don’t trust the fake 5 star reviews. They will broker to another moving company who does not take care of your belongings. I had over $800 worth of damages and was only offered $170 due to the contract I signed. Who has any idea that someone will treat your things like trash. Especially since I was so patient with them about the whole think and spent almost 3k with them. As a company you should do the right thing. Don’t waste your money and time with them.

do not do business with safe ship of any place in the country they are a scam and everything has a up charge no matter what it is i have already pay the full amount they have asked of over 6k to move everything i own and they are now asking for over 1k more to deliver it to my noe place
Very long short - they sell the contract to criminal 3rd party companies and lie to the Better Business Bureau.
This company sucks, we still have not gotten our stuff they are holding it hostage. Quote one price then of $3500 and it actually was $8500..
Horrible Company if you are a vet DO NOT hire this company!! They are not moving you they hire a third party mover. Once they get their Money they cut you lose. We have been waiting for our HHG since 1Dec!! It’s Jan!
They provided me with an incredible moving experience, and they are the movers that everyone should hire. Top Rated Van Lines amazing organization impressed my mother. She appreciated the fact that her cabinets were packed in boxes before being carried into the truck in a proper manner. Everything arrived safely and on time, and I can assure you that my mother hasn't been happier in a long time.
