Our profound disappointment with Safe Ship compels us to strongly caution anyone considering them for their move. It's apparent that "Safe" Ship is anything but safe. What began as a search for a veteran-owned moving company swiftly spiraled into a web of deceit. Through misinformation, predatory marketing, and coercive tactics, Safe Ship convinced us to sign a sales contract, complete with a significant deposit that is non-refundable after three days. From the very beginning, their team was responsive and attentive to my needs. They provided a detailed moving plan and a transparent quote that included all costs, so there were no surprises along the way. The coordination with their team was seamless, and they ensured that all my belongings were packed securely and arrived at my new home in Colorado in perfect condition.
One thing that stood out was their excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about the progress of my move and were always available to answer any questions I had.
My expenses were 50% higher than I was originally quoted, I did not add any more stuff than the list the company made after a 3 hour walkthrough of my house. The moving company they brokered were rude and barely spoke English which caused a lot of headaches, left a bunch of stuff at the house after we repeatedly told them that everything goes. They left their half eaten meals in my garage and did not throw any trash away. They covered my property in cigarette butts and smoked in my garage. They are absolutely the worse. Liars. They will taken your money and not stand by their own terms just so that you'll lose your money and don't even lift a finger. They will lie about everything they tell you and then on the day of the move, they give you a completely student quote and they know how to go about it to make sure you don't get your deposit back. This is a total scam. Don't use this company or else you will regret it.
