Most of the reviews of Big Ben's Moving & Storage are positive, which isn't always the case with moving companies. But in the interest of full disclosure, we did discover that the Department of Transportation has revoked Big Ben's license twice in the past. However, the company appears to have remedied its problem and at the time of writing this review, it has all of the proper licenses and has regained its A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Big Ben's moving and storage were referred to me by a friend who dealt with many movers in the past. I was not able to be at the location of the pick up and it put me at ease that knowing that they were well trusted. When they arrived about 5 days after, all my belongings were in same condition. The guys unpackaged everything in a couple hours, I hope my tip was good, appreciate it!

Recently we had a move with Big Ben's moving and storage, we moved from Queens to Brooklyn. When I unpacked my personal items in my new residence I noticed that one of my mirrors was cracked. It was already too late to tell the moving guys but when I called them up they reimbursed me for the mirror. I thought I would have to make a big deal about it but it was not the case. They were very respectful and I'd recommend to others as well.

Impeccable service. I wanted to help load up boxes into their moving truck but honestly, it was hard to keep up with them. They sent over 2 extremely in shape guys that glided through the move-out. Last-minute I asked if they could take apart an old dresser and they happily agreed. Nothing I asked was too much. Super happy with their service. This was worth every dollar spent. Good movers are hard to find and rates without hidden fees are even harder. This company had both! Thanks to Big Ben's moving and storage we got out of NY just before the Covid-19 lockdown. We're now completely unpacked and settled at our new place in Raleigh, NC.
