Veterans United worked very hard for us and made the whole process a lot easier than what was expected. They connected us with a realtor who did a great job in finding us a home that is perfect for us. Our agents were very transparent and did not keep anything from us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I have ptsd from my enlistment with the Air Force. When I am stressed, I shut down. The team at Veterans United made this refi very easy for me. I was never pressured or harrassed like other lenders in the past.

Having moved a lot during the past several decades, I have gone through many mortgage loan processes. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to enduring the riggers of dealing with folks who have to get things done to the requirements of a large government organization. To my complete surprise, this was by far the clearest and most pleasant mortgage process that I have experienced. No, this is never a "fun" exercise, but the staff I dealt with at V.U. were so patient, efficient, and even personally pleasant, that I truly did enjoy the experience. I just wish they sold cars.
