Listened to your rating of this company. It is not what you say it is and now just waiting for them to ask for a pint of blood. Not worth the time and will recommend Veterans 1st through Wintrust to everyone i know. This company sucks

The loan process is very thorough and there were some special circumstances involved in my loan because of my retirement at the beginning of the process. I thought there would be no way I would close on time because of these circumstances. However, my loan team of Scott and Sammie helped every step of the way and sure enough we closed on time with better rates than originally quoted. Great team, great job and thanks for making our Texas dream come true.

Veterans United is a tried and true organization that’s stands by their commitment to helping Veterans through the home buying process. They provide a wealth of experienced advocates that educate and guide you through the entire home buying process making it painless and enjoyable. My wife and I were even able to refinance after just barely 1 year of purchasing our home and were qualified to reduce our interest rate by 1.25% with absolutely NO MONEY DOWN!!! I highly recommend all Veterans to take advantage of all of their support and resources to acquire your home ownership goals and dreams. We purchased our new home without using a realtor! I now realize why they charge such a high fee (although too high)! There were many stumbling blocks that we were faced with, however, our loan specialists walked us through everything from home inspections to the survey, and much more! I would very highly recommend Veterans United for any VA loan!

My family and I are very thankful for the great customer service and overall level of effort that Jamie and the entire VU team provided to us during our very first homebuying experience!
