they want to charge my card but dont want to do job
im whit trugreen more than 2 years in beginning they was ok but new they suck big time all my back yard is in the weed all grass disappeared last time they show up in my house they even dont spray my back yard just put sign and left i try contact they customer service but they tellin my they spray my yard but nobody dont touch my yard for 6 months all my yard is in weed and they dont want to come fix that but to charge my card they first to do that and told last dude ho called me ask me to pay for they service i told him guys if dont fix my yard i dont pay you so they give everything to collection agency stay away from that company
I want to speak with corporate how their salespersons are misrepresenting their selves.. Several times I have gotten a call moticing this is needed when it's already been done....... Just this morning a man showed up to inspect my sprinkling systems About two weeks ago a young man called and said they wanted to do the job I was interested but was going out of the country could not do it at this time..... Up until Friday I had no problems with the service provided by Robert, my lawn tech and in reality Robert is not the problem, it is the company. And when I put a less than great survey into their system, that is when the poor customer service entered my world. The aeration and over seeding program was applied. I was not at home and as usual there was no call saying they are coming. Imagine my surprise or should I say anger when I came home on Friday about 5 pm to find that my perfectly clean lawn had been serviced by 1000 and one dalmatians with intestinal problems . Local office wants double what the website figured! Saying the services included on the site were extra....... rip off to start with....
Worst company by far since I have been dealing with grass care companies. These guys constantly have employee turnover so you get what you get. My grass is in way worst condition than what it was before they started. Their call center and updates are what gives them the "good service appeal". To get a local manager out it took 3 calls. My neighbor fired them for lieing about treating his back yard and confronted the tech when the met to discuss his lawn. The tech guy told him to his face he did treat the back yard. The neighbor told the tech that he has cameras , so he reviewed the time off the receipt and watched the tech open the gate walk in the back then turn around and walk out.... Read More
I was very disappointed in their service. I tried to call their office and no one returned my call until I cancelled the service. I would not recommend this company. Poor service and poor communication.
I can only speak for the local TruGreen office that serviced my lawn, but the tech and saleswoman were the worst. Difficulty scheduling and no follow-up unless I initiated it several times. On final treatment of the year, the service Tech, Matt Lear, argues that the saleswoman, Ann Whaley, had not informed me correctly when she sold me the pre-paid services for the year and that a retreatment does not include fertilizer and only spot treatments. I explained that I didn’t like being caught in the middle and that isn’t my job to make her aware. Your company in Jeffersonville, IN does not follow up and continues to over seed someone else's lawn when they are supposed to do mind. this has now happen 3 times. It has gotten comical ! Tried of spending my time and phone calls trying to get them to do their job right!
I have had an excessive amount of weeds in my front yard since using your services. I did not use the services last year, and I had less weeds. Someone was suppose to come and provide a soil analysis, but to date no one has come! I have been dissatisfied with the service and the responses that I receive from your employees!
Biggest scam going for fertilizer and mosquitoes- beware - such a huge disappointment to fall for this scam
