Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. I tried using other companies but I always had to redo my molds or they didn't have big enough trays for me to do my molds. So in a last stich effort I went when Byte and I am now realizing I should have went with them first. Customer Service is excellent! I was struggling during my first tray of aligners and I couldn't seem to make a few day let alone a whole week using them. At one point I wanted to just give up and say I can't do this. But Customer Service was right there for me when I voiced my struggles and gave me tips. Go with Byte. You won't regret it!

I am extremely impressed with byte's customer service aspect. When working with my rep, Jackson, I felt like I was talking to a friend and he made sure to take care of any questions/concerns I had prior to purchasing my aligners. He did a great job of trouble shooting when things weren't going quite right on my end, and was able to help me get the result we needed to start my treatment plan.
