IGS Home Warranty, a part of IGS Energy, offers four different protection plans that are designed to meet specific client needs and budgets: Inside Utility Line Protection, Total Utility Line Protection, HVAC Systems Protection, and Complete Home Protection.

IGS Home Warranty protection plans have:

  • No Home Age Restrictions
  • No Required Home Inspections
  • No Service Call Fees or Deductibles
  • Dependable Fixed, No-Hassle Pricing

IGS Home Warranty protection plans cover repairs for restoring operational use of a client’s protected lines or systems that experience failure or leak due to normal wear and tear. Compliance with applicable building codes at the time of repair is guaranteed by the contractor in charge. Once a protected line or protected system is repaired, contractors give basic site clean-up in the affected area and the company guarantees the quality of the repair for one full year. The home warranty coverage begins once a customer enrolls and pays directly to IGS Energy. The effective date of protection will be 15 days after an enrollment is processed.

Fine Print

IGS Home Warranty offers a 30-day Free Look period that enables customers to review their Agreement from the date of enrollment without obligation. During this period, customers may cancel their Agreement and receive a full refund of any payment the company has received if the client has not made any claims. Protection starts when all charges for the protection plans are paid in full and on time according to client’s invoices. In case a customer fails to pay any amounts owed to IGS Home Warranty within 30 days, their Agreement will automatically be cancelled for non-payment and their lines and systems will not be protected.
