very bad experience with getting a refund from Kelly Klee for canceled homeowners insurance. They do not respond to your email questions, unless you threaten to file a complaint. Two weeks after my cancellation I asked when I will receive the reimbursement - their reply was ''Any refunds due are sent within 1-2 billing cycles'. Of course, they never explain what is the billing cycle - is it 1 day or one month or one year?
When I asked for their business license number for filing a complaint, they simply ignored my request.
So when you buy insurance through them, the money always flows only on one direction, from consumer to insurance agency.
