Reps can give no reason why declined new account to coverage on my home. I am insured, good credit, good area, home is average size, value not too high, I am educated to the highest level they asked about, asked for my Age, if I am Single, if I am Female. I am waiting for a report showing what fa tor leads them to decline my application. Weather here is not extreme and I live in the city far from risk of fires. I'd like a written denial of service email. I'm sure the denial of service email would not explain that since I checked female, over a certain age, single, that they are denying me service. Still owes us $3,000 from my last claim they never paid completely. Agent is terrible. We had Amfam for over 25 years. Rate went up. Looking elsewhere for honest Agent that will be there in a time of a emergency.
I wouldn’t have AFM insure my dog house let alone anything else
The only dream you’ll get form them is a nightmare
I submitted a claim for my roof after the hail storm and they denied it but almost every house on my street had their roof replaced or in the process. All houses surrounding my house had their roof replaced but not mine and after the claim, the insurance company send me a letter saying my roof isn’t covered anymore because of damage and too old!!!!!
This is unbelievable mistreatments....
