I had a roofer inspect my roof and he informed me that I had storm damage, wind/hail. I contacted AAA they sent out their inspector he said he did not see any storm damage. He said there was norm ware and squirrel damage. AAA declined my claim. I appealed and requested another inspection, this time with the roofer who found the damage. AAA sent out the SAME INSPECTOR. The roofer told me that he pointed out the storm damage to the inspector. Big surprise my claim was denied a second time. I surely would have thought their inspector would have said, “I was completely wrong on my first inspection but please continue to send my out”. Do not buy Homeowners policy from them! Worst experience ever!!! Please, Please, please. Go else where. Do not waste your time or money. Their low price are nothing but a trap!! Believe nothing they say, buy nothing they have to offer...

I began with AAA a little more than a year ago. My insurance bill was increased 20% at the end of this period. That will make my search renewed for a new insurance company. The answer I was given as to why the great increase "there's lots of crime in your city" which is true but that is $200/year. As to on board. This is a poorly run program that associates have little understanding. I had to "fight my way" through the corporation to find out my % of rate decrease. The increase in the home insurance erased any discount on the automobile insurance and the $55 amount to maintain insurance convinced be to change insurance. I would not trust AAA Roadside Assistance... It is my understanding that AAA does not do background checks on the Town Truck Drivers... AAA leaves that up to the Tow Companies. Today I called the Sheriff's Department because of the way I was treated by the Tow Truck Driver... Remember you get what you pay for... I will never use them again.

Absolutely worst customer service! First claim ever and it's been over a month with no resolve or response from our claim rep after many calls and emails. I even have had to do the job for them, take pictures get estimates call technicians etc.

Hello. I have been a customer With AAA For quite a few years, all four cars and home..I had the occasion to file two claims Back to back for hail damages in April and May because of the recent storms we've having in the Midwest. Both claims were denied ,claiming no damage Now the first adjuster claming I only had $948 worth of damage. Which didn't exceed my 1000 deductions, there was no payout. Adjuster was rude and did not want to work with my contractor, He stated that he did not need anyone to show him any damages he was trained to do his own assessment.with out any help..fine maybe so this time I filed a second time because of a new storm Labor Day. AAA offers rates for price comparison to draw you in. Once you pay, they do an inspection and increase the policy after. Increasing the dwelling costs above any other insurance company. This is how they get you and if you paid the annual fees like we did, you are stuck in a bad decision.

You better read your HOA3 and understand it. Claims adjusters three levels 1. Adjuster, 2. His supervisor then the 3. Manager and 1 and 2 were worthless, finally now working with manager. It's been 53 days since I filed my claim and finally was contacted by the Manager 4 days ago. AAA claims are handled out of their Colorado office and our property is in Northern Calif. #1 and #2 were worthless so I took it to the third level. AAA homeowners insurance claims will be a fight. They love to collect premiums but its "World War III to get them to pay a claim.
