HomeCraft explains that its gutter protection product has unique technological advantages over many competitive systems. The product features a patented, raised screen design—Diamond Raised Technology—that performs better than the hooded or one-piece reverse curve products that were the industry standard for years and are still in use today. HomeCraft gutter guards are made of marine-grade stainless steel for long-lasting performance. The material keeps even small pieces of debris out of your gutters, channels water evenly inside the gutters, and allows wind to get underneath debris when dry. The finely woven keeps pine needles and shingle grit out while allowing water to freely enter the gutter guard.

HomeCraft's gutter guard has no glues or adhesives and is machine crimped with a 2,000 lb. press that binds the metals together. This type of construction prevents cracking, warping, and other kinds of gutter deterioration. Quick and efficient. Customer Service from the installer, to the customer service representative, Sarah was top notch. Very friendly. Product is very affordable and in my opinion a must for all home owners. My sales rep Blake was awesome as well. Overall just a great experience thus far.

Do not make an appointment for a quote. They use high-pressure sales tactics and refuse to leave your home until you sign a contract. Their pricing is completely arbitrary. They originally quoted me almost $10,000 and then kept coming up with discounts out of thin air to bring it down to $5000...which is still a lot more than most companies. They just try to make it seem like a deal by starting with a ridiculous number. Also one of their tactics to get you to save money is by offering you a discount for leaving a review. That's why there are so many glowing reviews and most of them are just about the salespeople and not even about the product itself.

Scott did a great job of explaining the product - the crew that installed the gutters did a very good job - everything looks great and when they finished they cleaned up really well - Anne was pleasant and helpful when I had any questions - Sarah called me the day after the install and went over things with me - very helpful - as I told her everything is great now lets hope when it rains everything works well - Thank you for being very professional

I found HomeCraft while doing online research for gutter guards and comparing several different companies and technologies. After filling in the information on their website, Wendy Gillespie made an appointment to come out. She did a nice job of demonstrating how their product performed, explain the warranty and what level of service we could expect. She also worked with us to find a cost that we were comfortable with. As promised, the installation went without a hitch and everything looks good. We even got a follow up call from Sarah Miller in customer service to make sure that we were happy with the experience. My home was in need of gutters. I found Homecraft in a Google search and requested a quote. The customer representative was very pleasant and courteous. I received appointment for next day. The person who came out to quote the gutter service was on time and very helpful. I had already receive one other quote from another company but after meeting with the young man who provided quote I was pretty much sold. My installation appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Installer arrived when he said he would and they were done within 1.5 hrs. Good quality work. I am well pleases with service.
