I had gutters replaced on March 2 2021 and the installers damaged my soffit. They told me they would be back the next day to fix it. Never came back. Three days later it rained and one of the gutters were leaking,called and told them about it and got nowhere with them. Played phone tag for over a week sent video of the leak and picture of the hole and nothing. Finally they told me I had to go through the warranty people so now I am dealing with them for 2 weeks. Gave me a day when they would come out,never showed up. Overpriced for very shoddy work. Unreliable. who removes your gutters and leaves piles of debris in your yard?, HomeCraft that's who!!! who puts gutter guards on any type of way knowing you need roof repair first? HomeCraft that's who! Recommend this company NEVER!
