The product features a patented, raised screen design—Diamond Raised Technology—that performs better than the hooded or one-piece reverse curve products that were the industry standard for years and are still in use today. HomeCraft gutter guards are made of marine-grade stainless steel for long-lasting performance. My gutters appear to have cost more than twice as much as other new houses in the neighborhood. 6k....When I ask Homecrafter why, they said they don't discuss other customer's incentives. 6k just for gutters. this did not include the gutter protection.

Shout out to Tyler Covington in the Chattanooga, TN office area. Tyler showed professionalism, patience, was transparent, and was very knowledgeable regarding the Home Craft product. He acquired a contract in less than 2 hours, currently my guards have been professionally installed. Jeremy is the overseer of Home Craft installers, he was very people-friendly and remained on task until the job was completed. For the next 40 years, I feel confident my gutters will ALWAYS weather the storms. Again thank you Tyler for your visit.

Very high quality of the product which was installed. I cannot recommend this product due to the service received from the Knoxville and Loganville offices. The Knoxville address posted on the website is an overgrown block of Fennell Road a cat would have difficulty navigating through. I must say that were prompt in getting the estimate for the work to be done. A "representative" of the company arrived in two days (June 24, 2023) and gave a reasonable estimate which was stated to be good for one year. My brother had gutter guards installed. Since he is in bad health I contacted the company to let them know that something was wrong as they were now leaking over the front porch. I included a video at their request. When their tech returned he stated that it was a roof issue. Water is not only leaking at the seam they were supposed to seal but also running over the gutter. I have contacted the company again and advised them the issue was not fixed and the issue only started after they installed the gutter guards. I researched numerous gutter guard companies with intent to compare pricing and product. Contacted Homecraft and was promptly scheduled. Craig evaluated and measured my gutter and gutter protection needs and spent the time to make sure all of our questions were addressed. I had another appointment and he willingly returned to finish the presentation. Most impressive he not only presented his product but demonstrated how it handled water from the kitchen facet and showing how some competitor products handled the same water flow. So far, I've had mine just about a month and im very happy with them. I have noticed my basement has stopped leaking water into it, which was my hope in getting new gutter protection and cleaning. I found customer service and the installer to be very good when i reached out, which is super important to me. I think if the price was a bit steep in the first estimate and i think if if were a bit lower, you'd have everything you'd want in this company.

I had one of the best encounters with this company earlier this week. Looked up Angi's List for a list of people to clean our gutters and Home Craft popped up. Meet with two knowledgeable sales associates, Hecter and Alexis. Could not have been more impressed with their presentation about their products and services! After a very comprehensive inspection of my home, description of their product and an enjoyable conversation, the wheels were all turning. They are problem solvers!! At the conclusion of our discussion, we decided to purchase a complete new gutter system. NO MORE LADDERS! Best part, they are coming today for the install. So far, a wonderful experience.

If you have a problem with installation (like we did), they won't fix it or get back with you. Several gutters were installed around our home. One was not installed correctly and is causing water to leak behind our siding and getting into our home through a window. We never had a problem before the gutter was installed. We called and emailed several times --- "not their problem". the leak is causing damage to the window and the floor inside. There were lots of promises before the money but after is another story. They DO NOT stand behind their work. We are working on legal remedy.

I called this company 4 times this morning, the first three girls hung up on me while looking for my zip code. The 4thtime I called I was told that if I did not want their awesome gutter guards then they would not sell and install the gutter work that I wanted. The ladies were not very business like in handling the phone unless you wanted their awesome gutter guards installed along with the gutters. Sorry I can not give them a descant rating because of my experience this morning.

I had new gutters and guards installed on a new construction home that was in a heavily wooded area. I decided that it was better to have the guards professionally installed with the gutters rather than install store bought DYI guards myself. I liked the raised mesh on the gutter guards that allow water and air to get under any debris that might be on top of the guard and also keeps the debris from staying stuck for extended periods. I also appreciate that they sent out an installer that can actually speak English.
