The product features a patented, raised screen design—Diamond Raised Technology—that performs better than the hooded or one-piece reverse curve products that were the industry standard for years and are still in use today. HomeCraft gutter guards are made of marine-grade stainless steel for long-lasting performance. HomeCraft's gutter guard has no glues or adhesives and is machine crimped with a 2,000 lb. press that binds the metals together. Homecraft has been great so far. Their sales techniques do not inspire trust, but they were incredibly responsive, and the gutter protection system they installed has worked perfectly so far. Their customer service (Taylor) followed up to check on how it was working, which was appreciated.

I am pleased with my purchase and I recommend them to my friends. They installed it one day. After the first rain, I had some minor concerns and they sent someone out to address them. That was last year. It is soo nice not climbing on the roof and cleaning the gutters. Recently Taylor at customer service called me to ask if I was having any problems. Only a company with confidence in their product and their service would make a call like that!

The HomeCraft Gutter Protection system looks very nice with the exterior of my house. Tiffany Stokes the sales Representative explained the process and product very well and offered a fair price. After talking with her manager and production led, we were set up to have the installation in two days. The installation contractors were very friendly and professional. They took the time to put the downspouts where these were most functional as well as looking great. The 40 year lifetime guarantee is a comforting assurance of the product and service offered through HomeCraft Gutter Protection.

My job was not done well at all. They were quick to install next day, but not to come back to address and fix issues. They were coming out to complete and fix issues (leaks, A-elbows used instead of B-elbows in areas, extensions not installed or recommended ......) and they never showed. Production Manager told me on 8/1 that someone would be out the next day or that weekend to take care of everything that needed "adjusting"? No one ever showed up. I've tried calling and texting and they are no longer communicating with me. Very poor service. Gutters are draining right next to my house and causing water to pool up, salesman should have recommended extensions to get water draining... Read More
