The product features a patented, raised screen design—Diamond Raised Technology—that performs better than the hooded or one-piece reverse curve products that were the industry standard for years and are still in use today. I saw HomeCraft Gutter at a home show. They came to my home two days later and we decided to use their product. Jen was great. I told them when they were there that there were leaks above our front door, and they said they would be repaired. The next day they installed the system and were paid. Two days later I saw the leaks had not been repaired. I contacted Jen who sold the system, and she said to call the warranty department. I called them over two weeks ago and radio silence since then. I am going to look at legal options to get our money back. Horrible customer service.

I do not recommend this company I had gutter guards put on in April 2021 problem from day one filed several complaints with company and BBB for me to be happy I requested 1/2 my money back and they refused. If I ran my business like this I would be ran out of town. I am spreading the word on them from Atlanta to Louisville Ky

Was called after filling out an email form. I explained I didn’t want a hard sell since I only wanted an estimate to compare, I didn’t want anyone in my house, and just to leave the estimate in my mailbox. She came did a visual inspection (this is an important note) told me she needed to come into my house and proceeded with her hard sell. Original quote was around $7500, backed down pretty quickly to $2300. I was told I didn’t pay anything until after they were done. They pushed to schedule a date and one was established. HomeCraft gutter shields review I had a HomeCraft salesman, Brian Galkus, of the Nashville office come to my house March 16, 2020 to give me a price for installing HomeCraft gutter guards on a majority of my house. After initially quoting me a price of $8,937, it was eventually lowered through negotiations to $3,319. Without making an installation appointment, the installing supervisor called me one morning and said the crew would be there that day. However, the crew did not show up. Homecraft. Don't waste your time or money. The sales man said they could install gutters so set up an appointment for 7pm on a friday. Gave up a dinner date to meet him and he shows up at 3:30 in the afternoon, No call or text that the appt time has changed. Drives in in an Unmarked vehicle. Little greeting, NO TAPE MEASURE, NO PAPER or PENCIL, Totally unprepared and generally expressionless. Didn't have the gutters I requested and he left. I would never employ this person to represent my Company.......

We had a great experience! The marketing representative came out o our house and gave us a free inspection. She walked around the entire home and took pictures of some of the issues we had to fix. Turns out, the old gutters were leaking so bad that it rotted my wood. I'm SO glad that she saw this. The price was higher than we were hoping to spend at first, but she took care of us and offered to save us money if we could help with some marketing...She left a yard sign on my lawn and we allowed them to shoot some drone videos so they could use them on their ads. I love my new gutter guards. Me and my husband are getting older and needed something better than gutter cleaning. This has helped us so much. It even keeps out pine needles and still works when they're on top of the guard. Installation was fast and easy. 10/10 recommend!

They sold me their gutter guards and new gutters/downspouts under the premise that I would never have to climb a ladder again to clean my gutters. What they should have said was I would never have to remove debris from within my gutters but I would still need to remove debris from atop the gutter guards! 6 months after installation, rain water was cascading over my gutters because the guards were totally clogged allowing barely any water to enter the gutters. I called Home Craft and they sent out a 2 man crew who both said the initial gutter installation was done improperly and needs to be modified or reinstalled. Amber was sales. I have a established metal roof. She was told, no cutting of roof. Generally will shift and shake bolts then roof risks leaking. Well she got the price to barely in my budget. Now this is my fault, I did not search reviews as I should have on Home Craft. Yep like the others they sent barely speak English out to put up my gutters. Now note I tried to be nice, during them putting up these gutters I provided cold bottled waters and Dr Peppers. These asked me where I wanted my gutters? If you are a “Pro”, should that not be a professional task? I called spoke with Luke, now he will not provide contractor license info or anything. Does talk me into letting them put up gutters.... This company has one of the worst customer service approaches of any company with which I have dealt. The sales representative who sold the product to me was completely misleading in his claims of the way the product would work. The first time I had issues with pine needles collecting in the gutter area, after numerous telephone calls which were only answered with a voicemail I finally was able to speak to a representative. A technician was sent to inspect our house. He told me that the product would collect pine needles, that the sales representative should have told me that, and that I should have the roof cleaned twice a year.
