HomeCraft explains that its gutter protection product has unique technological advantages over many competitive systems. The product features a patented, raised screen design—Diamond Raised Technology—that performs better than the hooded or one-piece reverse curve products that were the industry standard for years and are still in use today. HomeCraft gutter guards are made of marine-grade stainless steel for long-lasting performance. The material keeps even small pieces of debris out of your gutters, channels water evenly inside the gutters, and allows wind to get underneath debris when dry. The finely woven keeps pine needles and shingle grit out while allowing water to freely enter the gutter guard.

HomeCraft's gutter guard has no glues or adhesives and is machine crimped with a 2,000 lb. press that binds the metals together. I live in Colorado and I have had an appointment for a Homecraft estimate on two separate dates. The first time, when the estimator did not show, I called Homecraft and they said the agent just called in sick. That appointment was on 8/08. The appointment was rescheduled for today 8/16 and the agent was a no show again. I called Homecraft and was told that they were just notified that the agent just called in sick. This was exactly the same excuse I got the first time. I had to call back and talk to a manager who said they would contact the local Homecraft office and find out the problem. If it's this hard to get a quote, I can't imagine how hard it's going to be to get a crew out... Read More

The gutters may work just fine but the install tech refuses to return to correct his bad installation. Also, the 800# refuses to help us. Do not use this company!

I'm blown over by the service I received. When the guy came out to do the estimate, he didn't notice I had plastic gutters. It was another company that came out to give an estimate that told me. I contacted HomeCraft and they said they would replace my 185 feet of gutters at no cost. When the guy came to take my old gutters down and replace them, he said he could not use any of the downspouts as they were the wrong size and wouldn't fit the new gutters. He called the company and they agreed to replace them too at no additional cost. I couldn't believe any company would do that. The Montgomery Texas location is horrible. A portion was not installed correctly so not draining properly. It’s also holding leaves. Been given the run around for a month trying to get a second (after install) service visit.

Very professional experience with them in all aspects. They heard my concerns and were able to alleviate them. The product is extremely solid and the best gutter cover I have had on any of my homes. The installation was fast and thorough, done by pleasant installers, and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I would definitely recommend them. They replaced a home depot DIY gutter screen that came with the house...and I was searching because my gutters were overflowing and clogged...glad I wasn't the one who installed the DIY stuff we replaced.
