I order flowers on Friday for Saturday delivery. They contacted me Saturday am to say they would be delivered by 1pm. At 1213, instead of calling me back, they sent an email to say the would be delivered on Monday. Terrible Canceled order!

Ordered flowers as normal. Day they were due to be delivered, got this phone call: "Sorry, we are out of flowers for 3 days. What we can do instead of refunding your money is to call the party and explain the delay." Rated F by BBB for 1500 unresolved cases -- scam run from NJ office park.

DO NOT shop there unless you want to open you wallet and get something else in return! The arrangement was SUB-PAR, -5 star rating. Missing flowers, didn't even remotely look like what was offered. IF you are lucky, you'll get a 10% refund, another JOKE! A friend of mine living in AZ who is recovering from cancer sent a picture, I was flabbergasted! I wish you could see a side by side comparison.

Terrible company. Ordered flowers for my sisters in three different stated from three different companies. Only this company didn't deliver on time. I kept getting an email saying they contacted me, I didn't see any calls or emails. So I tried contacting them via email and phone only to get bounced around. I actually had to call and pretend i was going to order, in order to get transferred to a person in tracking delivery department. I finally found out that none of the plants offered except two were available. Of course those plants were not ones I wanted. Very disappointing. Still has not arrived.

This company is horrible! I ordered a beautiful lavender arrangement $75 for Monday local delivery. This horrible plain bouquet showed up worth about $25 3 days later!!! I can't even find the ugly, cheap arrangementioned on their site! I requested a partial refund but am not holding my breath. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

DO NOT waste your money, time or potential embarrassment when sending from Ava's. It appears that there are many Avas Flower companies and they all work the same. I ordered for my sisters birthday, a $67 dollar arrangement based on the pictures on their website. What was delivered, and a day late, was what appeared to be a jar of flowers that a child had jammed in to a jar. When I called and presented a picture of what was it was supposed to look like and what was sent, the "owner" had the nerve to tell me that what was sent was what it was supposed to be. I guess I should have come to this website first before ordering from Avas Flowers. This company is horrendous. I ordered a floral arrangement and a full sized card to be delivered on Dec 20th. What was delivered was an awful looking poinsettia, no flowers in site and a hand scribbled note that wasn't even legible. I called customer service they said they would deliver an arrangement on Dec 26th in time for her birthday and here it is Dec 26th and still nothing. I can't even remotely recommend this company. DO NOT buy any flowers from this company. Every review of this company on every other website gives it a one star or no star, it's really that bad. The BBB gives it an "F" rating.

Would not even give half a star .... I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my sister who live out of state. She just received the delivery. She received flowers wrapped in plastic, like what you find at Walmart. Not an arrangement at all. Not what the picture looks like. Now she has to arrange them herself. How embarrassing and disappointing! I wish I had seen these reviews. Stay away from this company.

I ordered flowers for my Godfather's wake the day before...they never arrived. I called the company from the wake and talked to a customer service rep who told me the driver's don't log their deliveries til the end of the day...NOT ONLY DID THE FLOWERS NEVER COME BUT WHEN I CALLED THREE DAYS AFTER THE FUNERAL I FOUND OUT THEY WERE RESCHEDULED FOR A WEEK LATER...OR 6 DAYS AFTER THE FUNERAL! I have talked to numerous reps, been put on endless hold and received no return phone calls...this is the worst experience I have ever had with any florist. Be sure to read ALL of the SMALL print for AvasFlowers. They tell you they can deliver by 4 pm to a business, but then try to deliver after the office is closed. (Per their small print, they do not guarantee any times.) The bday person was already gone and did not see their flowers until 8 am the next day after the flowers already started to show wear. On the day they were supposed to be deliver, I found out the flowers were not delivered as requested. I attempted to use the website, but showed there was not status available. Waited 15 plus to finally get connected to online support. They said they could not get a status or get w/ Florist to see where the flowers were. Spoke w/ Manager.... Read More
