This company is nothing but a big FRAUD. I ordered a premium floral arrangement that cost me $100. It looked like it was a bouquet from Walmart. Actually I would have been better off getting them there. I called the number and was on the phone with an out of the country service rep (which put me on hold several times for long periods of time) for over a HOUR and she told me I can have my money back or have flowers resent. I told her I wanted my money back and she said that is fine. I will receive an email of when they will pick the flowers up. Well Then of course the phone call mysteriously gets disconnected/drops. Horrible...do not use! I ordered flowers 3 days in advance of required delivery. On day of delivery I get an email (not a call) at 11:30 am to contact them about an issue with my order. Takes them forever to answer the phone. First they tell me the flowers cannot be in a basket, as ordered, but put in a vase. I say fine. Then they say they cannot be red, white and blue, as ordered, as they can’t get them (this is the day of delivery and now you tell me, but during the covid19 virus) but can do pink, lavender and white, so I say fine, but then I try to confirm they are still going out fir delivery that day as ordered! This company in my opinion is a scam. Ordered flowers over phone and were supposed to be delivered same day. They were never delivered. Called back to inquire and received no help. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ava's flowers has THE WORST customer service of any place I have ever ordered. They are impossible to get in touch with and add service charges at checkout that they do not advertise. Warning. Do not use them.

This was the worst experience ever! I sent $150 worth of flowers for a funeral in another state on behalf of my dad for his brother's funeral. My dad is ill and could not travel to the funeral. When the flowers from the funeral was posted on Facebook I saw that the flower message was incorrect, it was not from my dad. Avas gave me a $10 discount for the error

I can barely even give them one star. The flowers that arrived on Valentines Day were pitiful. My husband was embarrassed. He could have found better at the local grocery store for 1/5 the price. The rose arrangement was nowhere near as full and glorious as pictured on their website. And the additional charges for things like a bow and "full sized card" were almost humorous given the low-end quality of the items. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Was hung up on. They did not deliver what was ordered, blooms were snapped, flowers were browning, it was unattractive.... the chocolates were cheap, terrible tasting and crushed. They failed to include the greeting card that was paid for. Then they reissued another bouquet, because we begged not to send new chocolate, just make us a prettier and bigger bouquet. They sent us another wilted bouquet with left over flowers, CARNATIONS that were specifically requested to not be in there as they are a bad omen in our culture- for funerals only! Then... the foreign, rude, unhelpful, customer serves rep who answered by call HUNG UP ON ME! SCAMMERS! AVOID.

Flowers ordered on 2/05/2020 for Valentine's Day were never delivered. When I tried to call customer support I was hung up repeatedly. When I tried to talk to sales person to help was hung up on. Now they won't even answer my call. Had to call bank to reverse charges

What a ripoff company. Charge for same day delivery but they consider same day as anything within 4 days. Everyone needs to avoid these crooks.

Total BS company ! Second time flowers were delayed because too busy! Finally talked with a company’s representative and there’s no way to cancel my order because companies policy is “ no refunds 4 days prior or 4 days after delivery date. Anyone thinking of using This company-Think Twice! This is not your local flower delivery service. They are out of New Jersey- posing as a legitimate company. Yes you will receive flowers late but no guarantee if you get the flowers you ordered. Avoid this company! Order placed 2/12/2020 for delivery on Valentine’s Day. They told me that they would be delivered on the 17 th . Wow how frighten nice is that you Morons!
