Literally one of the worst businesses i have ever worked with. Order flowers for my Mother a week ahead of time. They not only failed to deliver the flowers but didn't even let me know that they weren't delivering until AFTER the delivery date. When I reached out to customer service I spoke with a Customer Service rep after a long hold. The rep was possibly the rudest and most unhelpful person i have ever spoken to! I called back and was promised that a supervisor would call me back...of course as you can expect it was a call that never came. I will NEVER consider purchasing from this HORRIBLE business!!

Do Not Order From Avas Flowers - Ordered flowers on 5-11-19 for Mothers Day - Asked the representative upfront before ordering if they would be delivered the same day or at least the following day (Mothers Day 5-12-19). Representative told me that they would be delivered; therefore, placed the order. Received my email confirmation shortly there after that stated that the delivery would occur on 5-12-19 or the day after Mothers Day on 5-13-19. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!! Placed my order on the 7th, changed the delivery date to the 9th (didn't go out) changed it to the 10th (didn't go out), morning of the original date, I get a BS email stating to call them, I called 3 times and waited the max all three times, just for the music to say "good bye" click. Then I just call to cancel the order, they say you can but we will keep the service fee... I laughed at that ahole, and asked what service was provided?? he couldn't answer.. don't deal with these people.. horrible, and don't care about anyone

I had a horrible experience with this company. Never again will I order from them. I ordered flowers for my parents for Easter, to be delivered on Good Friday. The company gave me the "run-around" about how they tried to deliver them on 3 days, one of which was the day after Easter. I was not contacted until it was, in my opinion, too late to send them. They did not leave a message with my parents to let them know WHEN they would stop next. I am only receiving HALF of my purchase back as a refund. Poor experience.

Ordered flowers that were never delivered. Called, was put on hold, told the local florist had an answering machine and they left and message and would get back with me. Still waiting. They are a rip off, I tried to email and it was returned, no reply, no help. Lost my Money. :(

Horrible customer service and all around 'business'. My arrangement was never delivered and when I called the customer service line to ask to get a refund they refused saying that it 'wasn't their problem'. We will be disputing this purchase with our cc company, but it looks like that's our only hope, seeing as how they are absolutely no help. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS! They do not deliver what you order. Terrible arrangements and nothing like the picture you order from. I paid a lot of money for a nice arrangement. What was delivered was an embarrassment. It was a bundle hap hazardly put together of a few flowers. No arranging. It was not the colors, same look or feel of the arrangement ordered. What a huge disappointment. When I called to complain and request a refund, all I was given was a “sorry you were disappointed, they followed our recipe and was an artistic design.” I don’t know what recipe they gave the, but it may as well have been a recipe for disaster. It was terrible. No resolution or refund.

I placed an order for a particular design (sky, moon and sun) arrangement. The flowers sent were incomplete, arrived late (granted that it was Valentine's Day and I understand), no card as ordered and one of the flowers was already dying. I called the day after because of the dissatisfaction with the product. The customer service associate ensured to me that I could possibly receive a full refund or a new product pending what the designer would say. Avas Flowers is a Middle-Man who poses as a local florist company. Avas Flowers exists to take your order & then pass it along to a real florist. When the flowers were never delivered, Avas Flowers claimed that they received delivery confirmation from the real florist, with whom they had contracted, but it was a lie. It took days & days of persistently calling to learn that Avas Flowers was lying to me. One of their telephone agents accidently let slip the identity of the local florist that they had contracted with.
