I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Avas since my experience was like so many others. The order delivered looked nothing like the flower arrangement online, there were very few flowers in in it. I spent 30 min talking to a woman in customer service who apologized about the order and promised a new and improved order would be delivered the next day, it never happened. I will never order from this company again.

BUYER BEWARE, there's a 50/50 chance you will be dissapointed. I placed an online order for a medium sized spath/peace lily (live plant) for my uncle's funeral service and requested that it be delivered the day before the service as the service was the next morning. I also was surprised by the 24.95 service fee that doesn't show up until the very last minute when you check out, but proceeded anyway. My aunt also used them, but called in her order, since she's not computer literate. She didn't have any trouble reaching someone to place her order (this is important later on.) I am happy some customers were satisifed. I am not a satisfied customer however, as my delivery was never received by the person I had the flowers sent to. The company webisite continues to insist it had the flowers delivered (it contracts with local florists to actually create and deliver orders). There is no accountability and I also incurred a surprise $24.95 "handling fee" in spite of the advertised "free delivery". There is nothing free about this and I am out $70 and my friend who was recovering from surgery never got her floral arrangement. I would not recommend Ava's Flowers based on my experience.

I ordered flowers for a graveside service. It appears they were never delivered. I have requested a refund and am waiting. Will never use this company again.

We ordered "same day" delivery on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 and after delay after delay the family member we sent the flowers to finally received the flowers late Tuesday March, 12th (they were discovered on the 13th left in the snow. Apparently UPS, dropped them off outside per Avas's request. We order two (2) different beautiful bouquets (Totaling $115.00+ (according to the photo's) but what arrived looked worse than what I would see discounted at the grocery store for $5.00. What a terrible experience. I thought they were local to Green River, WY but I was wrong..... AVAS is nothing more than an ORDER CENTER. DO NOT USE THEM unless you like to be disappointed. Awful delivery I didn’t get what I paid for. I ordered a luxury bouquet and they sent 5 flowers and it looked nothing like the photo. The customer service reps were awful and didn’t even fix the order or follow up as guaranteed. I would never order from them again.

Our sympathy flower arrangement arrived without the required stand and 4 hours late. Humiliating and embarassing to say the least. Will never do business again with this company

I called and placed an order for a funeral arrangement . It couldn’t be a same day delivery but I was promised an 8am delivery the next morning. I’m in Ca and funeral in Pa. Found out when I called that they just put the order into some computer program they use. There is never a verification some shop picked up the order. So my order never got placed. I wasn’t notified! I found out when I called . They called it a failed delivery. It’s a failed order placement by Ava’s. I feel they accepted and I paid for an order they never fully processed! For a funeral! This is totally unacceptable! No conscious. Never use Ava’s on line florest. Especially for anything you care about.
