I ordered a SYMPATHY ARRANGEMENT 12 White Roses- A dozen Yellow Roses with a Bee was Delivered 😱 Also beware a SERVICE CHARGE of 24.95 was added extra on top of a delivery fee!!!!!!

My husband purchased flowers and chocolates for me for Mother’s Day. He agreed to flex delivery with a delivery window from 5/10 to 5/12. Today is 5/14 and I still have not received the flowers. Both my husband and I have contacted the company to get a refund. We gave not been successful to get these people to understand that we did NOT receive any delivery. Please stay away from this company.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered luxury flowers, they sent a small crappy bouquet they finally agreed to replace after hours of emails and customer service. My friend was out of town so they agreed to send when they returned but instead sent them when she was out of town and she returned to dead flowers on her porch. Worst customer service in the Philippines and do not send what you ordered. Never order from this company.

Terrible experience!! Canceled my order AFTER the delivery date with ZERO notice, ruining the holiday!! I placed the order weeks in advance. Now i can't get a hold of customer service to even get an explanation or even try to work out a solution.

Clearly, you are getting paid a very decent amount from Avas Flowers in order to show a 4.6 out of 5-star rating, despite the several negative reviews listed. I so wish I had seen this prior to placing my Mother's Day order on 5/10/2024. I received a "product notice" reporting a change was needed due to availability. They were going to curate an alternative option, however, the delivery date I would need to select would be 5/14/2024. How is it possible an order can be placed on 5/10, you send an email at 3:52pm MST, request to make a selection or call customer care only to find out you closed at 6pm EST. Surely, they knew they were not delivering these flowers during the Flexible... Read More

I am appalled. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day with a delivery date of 5/12, knowing she was going to be out of the country until then. You delivered them early, and my mother was notified on her cell phone that there were flowers at her home, left to wilt while she’s away. Somehow, despite my choosing a specific delivery date, you marked me as flex shipping, and are blaming me for what you did. Your customer service is disgraceful, as I sit on hold for an hour to speak to a live person, then, when someone finally answers, they can’t offer me anything other than “you placed the order, ma’am, not me”. Rude!!!!!! Apparently the customer is never right with Ava’s Flowers.

Ava's is not reliable. Down out poor business practices. My daughter sent me flowers and they claim they were delivered on Thurs morning at 8am. LIE. She ordered a bouquet of carnations and what they delivered was 3 roses one wilted with a Birthday balloon. My daughter is pissed because that is NOT what she ordered. This business sucks. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to to get review sent

The company was polite enough but they are horrible at listening to the customer needs. My 37 wedding anniversary was May 9th I order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife and requested them to be delivered on the same day before 4pm when my wife when home. They charged me extra to accommodate the request. However at 430pm my wife had left work and I had to call to find out where the delivery was… I was told they were scheduled to deliver the next day by 4pm. I told them my wife only works till 10am on Fridays and we live far away and a re delivered would not be feasible! I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered yesterday and they were left on the recipients doorstep and left out in the hot Texas sun to ruin/die from hours in the hot sun. The delivery man did not ring the doorbell and DELIVER the flowers to my mother. After 4 hours outside my mother went out to get the mail and "found" them on the doorstep dead. Now, I was charged $10 delivery fee PUS A REDICULOUS $30 SERVICE FEE! What the hell was the "service fee" for if they didn't bother to make sure my mother got the flowers and instead just put them on the doorstep and walked away.........THEY DIDN'T EVEN RING THE DOORBELL SO SHE WOULD KNOW TO GO TO THE DOOR!!!!! I ordered from Avas Flowers for a birthday bouquet. I was shocked at the "service fee" of 24.95 listed on the invoice. It was already ordered and paid for so I went with it. The flowers were never delivered, and when someone from customer service finally called back, the reception was terrible and I couldn't understand them. They offered $5 off if I would let them deliver the next day. Well, the next day the flowers weren't delivered again. I got back in touch with customer service and they said they were unable to get in touch with the florist. I got a refund no problem. Months later, I ordered another bouquet from them.
