Read these reviews before buying from Avas. I placed an order for my daughter on 2/5/24, to be delivered on Saturday, 2/10/24. I knew she would be home on Saturday, so wanted them delivered then, instead of Valentime's day. This was going to be her first Valentine's as a new mom. My wife and I even drove 170 miles to be with her and the family over the weekend. Well, Saturday came and went, and no flowers delivered. I tried to get an update from their customer support, and just got a message that the delievery was still scheduled. Sunday morning, I got an urgent text telling me to call a number about my order. Before placing an order on this website, I strongly urge you to read this review and steer clear of it as quickly as possible. My best friend recently experienced a heartbreaking loss as her grandson passed away, and in our inability to attend the memorial service, we decided to send flowers to the chapel on her behalf. The memorial service was scheduled for February 10th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Please do not order from this company - SAVE THE HEADACHE - I ordered a same-day floral arrangement and paid the extra service fee. This company advertises that they are in a specific city but are not. I will NEVER order from this company again. If you need flowers delivered, NEVER purchase from this company. I live in California, and my daughter lives in Arizona. Avas Flowers did not have it on the same day, even after paying the extra fee. They will re-deliver after calling numerous times and being put on hold four times. If you need to deliver flowers to a loved one in another city, DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS. Save yourself a headache. If I could leave a 0 rating that is what they deserve. Not what I ordered, late delivery, dead flowers. Embarrassing to send them to my daughter. I don’t think they are family owned more like corporate owned. Also deceiving saying they are in towns that they are not. Shipped in a box through UPS

I order flowers with a box of chocolate. The note was not delivered so customer did not know from whom is the gift. Vase and colors were different. Chocolate was absend. Customer phone connection was not working on Saturday. Chat promised to return money but it is unclear if it will happened. This was supposed to be local in newton MA but company is in Delavare.

I give Ava‘s flowers and their provider in Andover zero stars. I ordered a deluxe plant for a funeral, and when I got to the visitation, there was several beautiful deluxe plants. Mine, however, was in a 6 inch basket with three small plants in it. It was easily 1/4 the size of anything else there. Since I was from out of town, I feel taken advantage of. I will never use Ava’s flowers again, and I suggest everyone else stay away from them as well.

THIS IS A SCAM. Do not use. I ordered a sympathy arrangement on Saturday which was confirmed for delivery when I placed the order. Then I get a call on Monday stating that they were not able to delivery because the weather was bad. COMPLETE LIE. When I told them to cancel, they offered a 50% refund for the inconvenience, which I accepted. I contacted them on Tuesday and was told that they couldn't deliver because they were closed and the weather was bad. COMPLETE LIE. Now I am fighting to get the remaining payment refunded to my account. STAY AWAY. THIS IS A SCAM.

Ordered flowers 1/11/2024 as of 1/17/2024 flower’s aren’t delivered. It was a get well arrangement, flowers in the arrangement weren’t in season. The arrangement should’ve be removed from the website as unavailable at this time. The party has recovered from the flu like symptoms. Refund is in order!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If this business is family owned like it advertises, then the family lives outside of the US. They advertised same day service and called/texted AND EMAILED 5 times in 3 hours changing my delivery date and order each time!! When I tried to cancel the order, they kept trying to talk me out of it then putting me on hold forever then trying to convince me again followed by yet another hold! BEWARE
