We have been with Concord for a little over a year or so and since the start they have been professional and straight forward with my wife and I. My wife has had two separate repairs needed and both were approved with out any hassles. We cant find a single complaint because the plan covered the repairs in a quick timely manor and the staff has always been great.
I have the premium plan warranty through concord auto protect. The plan did in fact cover my transmission on my car which was by far not cheap. I was amazed and happy it was covered by them, I know it saved me alot of money already. I would hands down recommend the warranty plan to anyone. The staff has been great with anything I have needed, so no complaints with anything.
Been happy with my warranty plan and all the perks that come with it. To me it was a big purchase but I knew for peace of mind it was the right choice to make to have some sort of safety net when it comes to repairs. The price of the plan was priced better then two other companies I looked at prior to Concord. I would without a doubt recommend Concord to anyone who needs a fairly priced plan with good coverage.
I purchased the plan from Concord Auto Protect back in December for my newer car I got last year. The purchase process was simple and clear to understand, everything was explained in great detail to me. I don't have any complaints about the warranty plan or the staff. Not a single complaint with the warranty plan I purchased two months ago. I had questions a little while after purchasing it and they promptly answered any concerns I had. I bought the Advanced plan which fit my needs and budget perfectly. I think the claim process will go smoothly also, I have no doubts about the plan or company.
I have only had the plan for two weeks so I can not speak on coverage and repairs because I have not had one yet. But I can tell you the customer service was honest and took their time explaining everything to me in great detail. The cost of the plan is also pretty fair comparing to the cost of some repairs which can get expensive I have learned in the past with my last car. Overall I think Concord is great company and not pushy towards you buying a plan unlike another company I called before Concord Auto Protect.
Purchasing the warranty plan went smoothly and without any hassles at all. The plan seems promising and I have high hopes for it if the time ever comes where a repair is needed on my car. The specific plan I purchase covered enough items to make me feel more comfortable knowing I have some sort of coverage in place.
Happy with the purchase price for the warranty plan I got for my Volvo XC90. The coverage seems great and the agent was not pushy at all when asking about plans and prices. After doing some extra research I think Concord Auto Protect and actually priced fairly unlike two other companies I checked out which were over priced.
I purchased a policy with this company back in 2020 . im within the guide lines of my policy and my transmission went out , took to a shop like they said . Shop did everything they asked them to do . After SEVERAL calls from me and the shop and 5 days later they DENIED my claim for a "TSB" ! Even the shop told them those had NOTHING to do with my trucks problem , they wanted to give me $250 towards my $4200 repair bill . This company is a complete SCAM !!!!
Been a customer of concord for over two years now and have never ran into any issues. From contacting them about questions to claims and everything in between they have been excellent towards me. Our vehicle has been thankfully pretty solid with only one minor repair being needed last year which was promptly taken care of by them. Quality parts were used and the car has not had another issue since. I think the value is good and the plan has been great for the affordable price it was.
