I so far used the towing feature out of my warranty plan because my car had an electrical issue which caused it to stop working all together. The tow and repair were fully covered by the plan which was so amazing and saved me. The staff at Concord made the entire process easy as possible for me and my mechanic shop. I would highly recommend a plan from them and I trust them now fully.
If I could give no stars I would this service was absolutely horrible! My transmission went out when we were out of town at my son's basketball game. We dropped it off at Chevy on a late Saturday, they gave us a rental and we started following up on Monday with Concord. Chevy reached out for several days final they got ahold of someone that stated they needed pictures of the issues and the codes on the car. Everything was sent over and 3 days went by with no follow up. I called every day for 30 days spoke with several Managers just to tell me it was still under review. Nothing to really complain about, the warranty service was easy to purchase and staff was helpful during the process. I have not had any repairs yet thankfully. So I can not talk about that part of the warranty plan. But what I can say is my brother in law has a plan from them also and he loves them and they did cover his repairs that were needed. The cost of the plan was affordable and competitive when comparing to other car warranty companies also.

Claim was covered without a single hiccup. I went to my local mechanic and they worked with Concord and within the same day it was approved. I love how easy the process was for me and how helpful Concord was the entire time. I was kept updated by my Mechanic and Concord the entire day and did not have to chase anyone for answers. I will be purchasing another warranty plan for my next vehicle when the time comes without any doubts through Concord.
I purchased a warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect about two weeks ago. The plan covers enough items on my car to help give me the peace of mind I needed. I personally think you can't go wrong with the warranty plan for the price, from my past experiences I have had repairs on previous vehicles become expensive. I wish I knew about Concord earlier on but at least now I have it.
Never had any issues with Concord Auto Protects plans or their awesome staff. They helped me out anytime I have needed them with questions or a few concerns I had before. I like how the agent was confident in assisting me and had all the answers for me quickly. They understand what they are talking about and not like another company I spoke with that had to keep "getting back to me" so that's a relief.
