I looked around for a warranty plan for over a week contacting multiple companies. I like the simplicity of concords plan and being able to understand what is and is not covered within my plan. The pricing is also competitive and it is easy to understand all the different packages they offer. The entire time I was speaking with the staff about a plan they were helpful and not pushy towards me making a purchase. I have no complaints about my purchase and exited to see what happens.
So far the warranty plan has been excellent. I only had one small repair and it was completely covered by the plan. The plan has everything I ever wanted and the cost of the plan was cheaper then another one I was looking at. The agent I spoke with understood what I was looking for and was able to provide a recommendation on which plan to look at. Everything has been going smoothly and I think it will continue that way.
Great service overall, Excellent manners. I was able to get a warranty plan that was within my budget, the coverage is also excellent. I checked out 3 other companies and Concord had the best priced plans. Customer service was pretty solid, but the selling point was the coverage the plan includes which sealed the deal for me.

I just signed up but did my own research before reached out to Concord Auto Protect. I like how all the plans cover a lot of items on a vehicle no matter what plan you go with. I personally think they are a solid company and honest. There were no gimmicks when it came to purchasing a plan and just a very simple purchasing process, nothing was complicated. The sign up process for the warranty plan is very easy and was not challenging to understand everything. I would recommend Concord because of the way staff treated me the entire time. The staff was professional and not pushy at all, they allowed me time to express the two questions I had before making the purchase.

I bought the advanced plan from Concord Auto Protect a few weeks ago. The plan is priced pretty well where I just look at it as a "safety net" for my car if anything is needed repair wise. Not much else to speak on, the terms were easy to understand and everything made sense to me on what's covered and so on. The guy I spoke with was not pushy at all and gave me plenty of time to think it over before purchasing a plan.
It has been a pleasure using Concords warranty plan. I had an urgent repair last year that needed to get taken care of quickly because the vehicle was unable to move without the repair. I called Concord and explained everything and included the mechanics contact info as well. I had an answer on the claim the next morning which was quick enough for me, I am happy with the outcome that happened. My car got repaired and everything turned out great. The price point for the warranty plan is well worth it in my eyes.
Very excited to see how the warranty works out long term wise. Just bought it last week and could not be happier so far. The agent was super nice and helpful with assisting me anyway that was needed questions wise about the plan. I think the plan was priced right for what's covered on my car now. If I ever have a repair I will update the review and so on if needed.
