Infinity's customer service and website dealing with automated payments is terrible. Superbly unsatisfied as a customer. The hassle is almost not worth the money you save on your policy.

Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional the costumer service department was. Also, I have called my adjuster many times and left voicemails and emails and it would take him weeks to get back to me. It took 8 weeks for my claim to be settled. The most frustrating part was poor communication with my adjuster AND his manager. Beyond disappointed with my experience at Infinity.

I was rear ended by a driver insured by Infiniti. Cant get hold of my Adjuster I was rear ended by a driver insured by Infiniti,who was at fault by the way just a week after i bought my vehicle. I picked up this vehicle from the Body shop after nearly 5 weeks , decided to trade the vehicle to get something else only to find out that they had reported a structural damage in the carfax of my vehicle which sliced the value of my vehicle in half. I have been trying to reach out to the adjuster for over 2 weeks now with no success. This is the most heartless and unorganized company i have ever come across. Infinity Auto Insurance satisfaction rates are in the toilet and for good reason. I was rear ended a few weeks ago by a driver who happens to have this unfortunate insurance company for coverage and they have done nothing but give me the runaround. They have yet to fix my vehicle! Then informed me that I would have to pay first, then be reimbursed for my own rental car when this accident was in no way my doing. When calling for claim status the so-called customer service individuals don't fully answer any inquiries and hang up on you after placing you on an extended hold. I will definitely be joining the class action lawsuit currently being filed against this place.

stole 500 bucks out of my account claiming it was my new monthly rate. took me a week and multiple phone calls to get them to cancel the policy and put the money back.
