If I could give it zero I would. My initial quote was approximately $1400 for 6 months. I accepted. Then it was approximately $1500 because of my credit rating although this service is from Experian and my rating was available for the first quote. Then after I accepted and authorized payment - OOPS! There was a "discrepancy" and my new quote was $2400. OOPS! This is a classic bait and switch. Or greed. Gabi, the service that coordinates the quotes may not be legit.

Went through all the hassle to submit a complete application for 4 cars and 4 drivers on my household. Waited two weeks to receive some quotes. I didn't receive one. I contacted Experian customer support to ask what is going on; why I didn't receive any answer. Their reply: "We were not able to provide you with any quotes. Please seek coverage elsewhere." Don' t waste your time thinking that you apply once and they will send your applications to multiple providers. Experian is just not able to help with that.

I would NOT recommend using Experian Car Insurance rate comparisons. As the previous reviewer mentioned, I too entered all the requested information (which was quite detailed) and after all the time and effort came up with only 5 recommendations / links to other companies. I've only heard of one of the 5 that came up! It was a total waste of time and effort! They should explain the process at the very beginning!

Experian collected all of my information for so-called "rate comparison" of auto insurance. After providing detailed information, car make and model, existing policy coverage and limits, occupation, employment, even the VIN number for my 2023 car, ALL Experian did was provide me with a list of 7 LINKS, each of which wanted me to provide ALL OF MY information again. In other words, Experian just collected my data but did not pass the data through to the referral link. This is pure theft of personal data in exchange for providing nothing. The only reason I provided very detailed personal information about myself, my vehicle and my existing policy was in return for Experian providing... Read More
