Latest 21st Century Reviews
I had a Farmer's Insurance policy for 8 years and was very happy. Then they switched to 21st Century and my premium went up, using the online system became complicated (my old login didn't work anymore, and paying online or by phone now had a $2.50 fee), and when I wanted to speak to a representative the call center was closed. I never had an accident or ticket and always paid in full, on time. The increase wasn't very much, but that coupled with the decline in customer service made me go look elsewhere. The same coverage at Geico was $34 less. I have no idea about GEICOs service, but the customer complaint rating was certainly better.
