Terrible and incompetent service. Came 3 times to do warranty repair on LG range oven. Finally told me "that's how it's supposed to work." Set oven to 325 and it only heats to 300, set it to 375 and it goes to over 400 - yeah, that's how ovens work. No communication about appointment -

regarding service order 41590825. first appointment was 11-16-22 second appointment was 12-16-22 . third appointment 12-27-22. repairman never called, never showed up, and i never received any status. worst company i have ever dealt with. i would not recommend this company even to anyone. i have lodged a complaint with the Chicago and Northern Ill. BBB, not that it will do any good.

I had a problem with my microwave and my warranty company American Home Sheild contracts them for appliances. I received a service call from the hours of 8am-5pm which I’ve never heard of a 9 hour window ! My main complaint is that you don’t receive a call to let you know they’re on the way or if they’re going to cancel ! They actually did show up the 1st time and ordered the parts . Gave me an appointment a week and a half later for Dec 27 th. The parts arrived way before the appointment. Finally the appointment comes 8am-5pm I received an email that they will be showing up. This is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! They deserve negative stars. I have been through the ringer with your outsourced contractor for scheduling. You ARE NOT providing the service I paid for, at all. I have called this d*mned 800# over 5 times in less than 24 hours and have been different things each time regarding my appointment that was scheduled FOR TODAY!!!!!! The phone tree options change on top of being almost impossible to get a person on the phone. Between Lowe's and A&E Factory Service, you have failed, epically. Not only do I agree with many of the posts on the total disregard this company has to the consumer - they even forge signatures on their forms saying they have provided diagnostic/repair service and bill the warranty company for their non work. Twice we have had a technician come out to diagnose a non-functioning microwave on Bosch dual wall oven. The first tchnician said his service order was for an oven therefore he could not do anything and we would need to contact the warranty company to get a "correct" service order and then he left. This company has the worst customer service ever I have a warranty through Best buy to get my washer serviced otherwise I would have never chosen this company. I have a warranty through Lowes to get my machine serviced otherwise I would have NEVER chosen this company. These people are ridiculous and should not be conducting a business! The repairman always comes 2 to 3 hours late and has a horrible attitude. When I said that the message stated they were coming from 8am-12pm and he didn't come until 2:05pm all he said was "We had a meeting," as if that is an acceptable excuse. Also, last time he came, he turned the machine on and said it would be "fine" while we waited for new parts to get delivered, yet the machine has been running for 6 days non-stop! Don't show up for a scheduled appointments. When you call in to get resolved, first issue is very hard to communicate. Lots of background noise making it almost impossible to communicate with. Then they just say sorry we will reschedule and it's weeks out. Brand new refrigerator and cat use through the door water due to leaking. Can't get it repaired either. Been dealing with for months. Terrible customer service.

I purchased an LG series washer from LOWES, and about a week after owning it I noticed a small tear/rip in the door seal causing it to leak during the wash and spin cycle. I notified LOWES/LG and they suggested A&E Factory. I was scheduled for repair service and given a time frame of 8 AM to 5 PM. The initial visit went as planned. The repaired man showed up and informed me that a new seal was needed. He proceeded to order it and said they (A&E) would let me know when they would be back out to install the new part. This not a company you want to do buisness with under any circumstances. They will bate and switch. Took a deposit and have not returned it after more than three months. They are without a doubt a unscrupulous company. They will not take charge cards so you have very little to do to get your money back. Beware.
