Called Sears Home Repair number on the back of the refrigerator book and could not talk to a person. Went on line and scheduled an appointment. A & E was sent out on April 17th for initial diagnosis. Repair would cost $1,650.00. Paid over $1,300 deposit for parts to be shipped. Parts arrived and technician did not on the scheduled date. I also would have given 0 stars if possible. Also filing complaint with BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs. No way do they have an A+ rating with BBB.

The service rep came at the end of the day and did not have a clue as to how to fix our microwave. He left and the forged our signature on the invoice. It is impossibleto get them on the phone. I will never use A&E again.

3/28/2023. My Sears home warranty now uses Cinch who called A&E to diagnose and repair my refrigerator which quit cooling. It took A&E 2 weeks to get a serviceman to diagnose and 4 more weeks to install the repair parts. He made his repair today and the refrigerator still doesn't work. If you can live for a couple + months to get your refrigerator fixed, they could be the repair service you are looking for.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have NOT received. A repairman came to my home on 2-7-23 and diagnosed that I needed a new pump and explained it was a 2 man job and would have to be rescheduled. That is fine and a replacement pump was mailed to my house three days later. My problem is I have to be home all day for an appointment and not go into work. The next appointment was scheduled for 2-20-23, the technician called after 4 p.m. and said they couldn't make it and rescheduled for 2-22-23, again the technician called after 4 p.m. and said they couldn't make it and rescheduled for 3-2-23. I have a stand alone ice maker that was malfunctioning. A&E sent out a technician who said that there were over $1000 in repairs that needed to be done. He told me as well as A&E that he had little experience with this and did not feel comfortable doing the repair. He advised that I contact A&E for another appointment and left. That was on February 22, 2023. Since then, all attempts via phone or email have resulted in answers by bots that do not have a category for my problem, so I can only get a response from A&E that says they have received my complaint. Never use this company. They schedule and cancel appointments electronically. Never speak to real people until you wait all day for them to tell you they're waiting for a part. I made the appointment (3rd one) when I got the part. They have horrible customer service. Never sign warrenty agreements if you don't know who the service reps are. A&E is the worst.
You Suck. I can't get you guys to finish the repairs on my washing machine.
It's been months
Will never call you again. Nightmare! Poor service. You can only talk to robots.
