BBB accredited but cant find the company on the BBB website to file a complaint. Unable to get into contact with the service provider and it is a fully automated service with no human. They showed up WEEKS late to an appointment unannounced at 7:45 am. Horrible service.

Filed claim a month ago had to wait on parts, now scheduled appointment was no call & no show. Can not get through auto customer service & only auto response web contact via email.

I believe A&E is a fraudulent company and has no connection to "Sears" whatsoever. That's a marketing scheme. They work for warranty companies and misdiagnose and make up reasons for failure so that claims are not covered. There is no published phone number or address. It is not ever possible to call anyone and reach a person. They are a scam, they work for scam warranty companies, the technicians are incompetent and are paid to lie and they do. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

4 APPOINTMENTS ERE MADE NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP LAST APPOINTMENT ON 6 7 2023 THE TECH CLAIMED HE MADE THE REAIR BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP

They give a time frame between the hours of 8-5 and show up at 4:46. No phone updates whatso ever. Once they figure out its all covered and nothing billable you are last on the list. Definitely will not renew with these people. So far, I have missed two entire days of work waiting on them to repair my refrigerator. Let's see if they actually fix the issue today.

Range/Cooktop repair Service request was ordered through American Home Shield Warranty in April. I experienced unpleasant and unforgettable customer services both with the warranty company and the A & E technician (the vendor). I have never been able to reach a real person/technician at A&E. They ordered 3~4 times parts, 2 times parts were broken during the shipment, one time ordered a wrong part. On the night of May 31, 2023, I saw an email sent from A&E of repair estimate almost $800. I think I can buy a brand new appliance with this amount. The most ridiculers thing was the estimate has a person the signature at the bottom as acknowledgement/acceptance, but no body knew it.... Scheduled for April 13. They ordered parts and rescheduled for April 27. Not all parts arrived so we let them know that some had. We’ve yet to get a response and it’s now May 4th!

Dryer appointment through sears Home Warranty. Three visits w different techs, (one no-show, no contact appointment). Second tech took $355 and said it would be reimbursed by Sears. Third tech said no charge should have been made as it was under warranty and made a note to the company to reimburse. No response. Sears said they wouldn't reimburse. Stay away from all warranty companies.

They are the worst company to deal with. They were sent by American Home Shield - not by my choice. First appt. - no call about scheduled appt. and I went to work and did not know. Found out when I called their "worthless" phone number. A recorded message said I had appt. that day. I called AHS to tell them I was at work and had a follow appt. with my cancer doctor. Said to me "SO you are not making yourself available for service" That was so awlful. I said I was going home from work and leaving at 3:00 for appt. and back home by 6:00. I have had an appointment for a service on my washer twice. They give you a window of 8-5. They send you texts everday and the day of multiple times they also demand pictures , model and serial #s multiple times but there is zero communication. The 1st time my dh took off work we waited 12 hrs then tech calls " have to reschedule u 4 tom. The scheduler does the next appt 8 days out. That time no courtesy call just a text saying your appt rescheduled. No priority given for those bumped from schedule even though they are at fault. Zero regard for my time. A complete joke .on you the customer
