Faye’s travel insurance plans cover most of a traveler’s usual woes when visiting another country, including unexpected cancellations and delays, natural disasters and even political turmoil. The company also treats COVID-19 like any other illness and can cover non-refundable medical and trip delay expenses if you become ill with COVID-19 in-trip and need to stay longer. Coverage includes emergency medical expenses, quarantine accommodation and extensions costs, although it does not cover federally mandated testing. You can submit a claim through the company’s app or through e-mail in an entirely digital process.

Faye is a Scam. The4y did everything they could to avoid coverage. I had a ski trip to Breckenridge, which I had to cancel because my mom had a medical emergency. Faye went out of her way not to cover my canceled trip by arguing that my mother fell ill a week before she was transferred to the hospital. My mother has had emphysema for over a year, but she had not had a hospital emergency (ER). They argued pre-existence of the disease.
