AARDY recommended and arranged as intermediary my IMG Travel Insurance from NYC to AMMan to Lanarca. Cyprus. I was not happy at all with either. My plans were rearranged due to Royal Jordanian Airline bumping me from several flights costing me an extra $300 in hotels, meals etc which IMG refused to reimburse because I was forced to depart earlier not later in order to meet my travel group : IMG on a technicality doesn't consider this "trip interruption" or "trip delay" . My first request was lost in IMG's computer system after hours to complete. I then resubmitted two more times and was given contradictory forms to submit: first they said not 'delay' but 'interruption' then... Read More

I would give them a zero if I could. I had to cancel my trip because of chronic back pain and then I got covid all within 10 days before my departure. To cancel my flights, I was charged $300.00. by the airline. After 6 months I have been informed that the cancellation fee is not covered by the plan. That is not what I was told when I was enquiring about the plan before purchasing. I also paid $129.00 to purchase the insurance all which was a total waste of money for a total of $429.00 loss. Do not but insurance from this company.

Will not refund policy amount due to cancellation of trip due to COVID-19. Trip was cancelled by Regent Seven Seas.

Phenomenal customer service, itty bitty team, great job! I was genuinely impressed by AardvarkCompare. I purchased a fairly basic travel insurance policy through them. Little did I realize, the insurance agency had charged me twice. Within hours, Jonathan at AardvarkCompare reached out to me before I even saw the double charge on my credit card to reassure me that he was working to resolve the issue. The insurance agency eventually refunded the second charge, and while I might not go with that agency in future, I will definitely seek out AardvarkCompare as a travel insurance broker. They have the kind of customer service that even Amazon should strive for. Thank you!
