We have been using Terminix for 30 years or so ever since we discovered termites in our house. We have used Terminix for general pest control as well. They show up when they say they well and are very easy people to work with. That we have been with them for 30 years should say it all.

Terrible! Hired them in March 2017.....still have ants! Yes 2017! A supervisor was out to my home as the ants would not go away. He told me to call him in a week to update him. I left him a message a week later and 10 days after that. NO RETURN CALL!!! I would never recommend these people!

Horrible. The service said they would treat my ant problem and give me a one time service with a 30 day warranty for $199. After waiting 4 1/2 hours, they came in saying they don't do ants in a single treatment. They wanted me to sign a full year contract for over $400.

My Terminix tech is always there when he says he will be. Is very efficient at what he does and checks all around my house and wipes down dirt dobber nests and any other pests they see. I appreciate all that they do.

I signed up for services with Terminix. On the day of the scheduled service I called to verify the time. They told me it was from 3 to 5 on that day. (Their phone service sucks because you have to listen to commercials the entire time you are on hold. This means you have to listen or rick missing hearing someone say hello. After twenty minutes of listening it is very stressful,) I waited until 430 before trying to contact the company because NO ONE showed up for my service. After 22 minutes on hold I was informed my appointment was on another day at another time. They rescheduled me without telling me.

Some years ago we had termite damage. It went from the basement all the way into the roof. The stone front on the house fell off and the window above it fell out. Devastating!! My previous exterminator laughed at me when I told him what we had found, he had two weeks prior done an evaluation and told me I was clear, with an annual charge of $100. He refused to give me my money back and told me that the written guarantee he had given me was only worth the paper it was written on. The repairs cost me $68,000. In comes Terminix! Terminex has always gone the extra mile for me. Technicians are friendly; they are eager to help. It’s difficult to find those characteristics in services today. I can call anytime there’s a pest problem, and they treat without additional charge.
