Be ware of this company. I paid them for annual service up fron $574. They did not make the first appt. I was told I could cancel at any time so I asked that my pervice be cancelled. They then said I would have to pay a penalty. They found a local guy to come out and do the service. That was the only service I ever received. I have tried emailng but no one answers. Now when I call it says I am no longer a customer. To make matters worse a few month ago they charged by credit card 2X. Both my bank and Better Business Bureau contacted them and they never answered. I am out the $574 and have not been able to contact them.
This company is a major scam or they are scamming people as they go under or out of business. I am working with my credit card company to dispute all charges. They are awful and will continue charging your card without notice and without customer agreeing to additional charges I prepaid for one year and got slapped with multiple random charges of $299 back to back. Their phone system must recognize your phone number once you setup an account and setup payment because they disconnect you after you go through the phone prompts to inquire about your account. SCAM!!! Billed me $2800 so far and I have never even met with anyone or had service one done. ITs a total scam. No number to contact, no email returns. Nothing
wish there was less than 1 star I could give. This is scam, company does not answer calls, no services rendered, charges our CC and there is no way to get in touch with company. Very fraudulent and shady, would not even call this a business. ***BEWARE***
This might be the worst run business I have ever dealt with. I filled out the initial quote form online and got an immediate response. A nice gentleman called me and we set up my services and set an initial appointment for a few days later. Got a confirmation email and it said the technician would call an hour ahead of time to let me know they were coming. I called out of work that day because they could have come at anytime and wanted to be home for it. Nobody ever called. I didn't think anything of it because the email also had a backup appointment day scheduled for the same thing the following Friday. Again, nobody ever called. I wish I could give a half-star. No one showed up for the first appointment - nor did anyone call. I followed up with their answer service but waited for someone to arrive. A week later, still no phone call and no show. Another week later - another phone message that no one showed up and no return phone call from the company. I called last week to state that our money was to be refunded, and our contract was canceled due to a lack of fulfillment on Rapid Pest's part. Yesterday a person from Orkin showed up to service our house, and I sent him away BECAUSE we canceled our contract and requested a refund. I called that company to find out about services they provide, but the asked me about zip code, phone# email, and address, then they asked about problem i have, then, all of sudden, asked about my credit card number, so they can "keep it on file", Of course i didn't give it to them, and said Bye. When i come home i see email with subject line "Appointment Confirmed!" Email says that "....Normally we'll arrive in the next 1-2 days to complete the initial service. ..." HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I own a pest control company and did work for them. I have NEVER recived any payment for my services and have called and emailed EVERY DAY and NEVER GET A RESPONSE OR CALL BACK!!! BUYER AND TECHNICIAN BEWARE!!!!!!
I don’t recommend this company. I waited for the pest control all day that was scheduled for the morning over a month ago. When I called they said they were sending someone asap. The did not come till the next day late evening. The gentleman who showed up was a contractor who was told he was supposed to do the outside and that was all he was told. I specifically wanted the whole yard as well as the house. I expressed to the company that I needed spraying under my pool rim due to black widow’s and under my deck for wasps and spiders.
