This company charged my CC over $1400 FOUR DAYS before the appointment and now has not shown up for the appointment (no calls, texts or emails). Made repeated attempts to contact by phone. Left 3 messages (the last one was supposedly marked "emergency ") and no response. As I promised the last rep, I will be disputing the charges.

I hired your company based on reviews. The price was good. However it has been almost a month and no service yet. I have called numerous times and no one will get return my calls. Right now my rating is so bad I am ready to ask for refund. I am beginning to think this is a scam company. When you call 3 days straight and get no one to return calls to get the service done is NOT good. Shawn Perrard

WARNING! Made appt in haste, regretted in leisure! After paying for treatment service, could not get thru to company by phone to change service appt. Tried multiple times, on multiple days, from several different phones. BTW, a technician never showed on the scheduled date. So followed their policy and sent a written notice to cancel the service. Letter to the address on website was returned with notice from USPS that 100 South Ashley Dr Suite 600 Tampa FL 33602 IS A VACANT LOCATION! Less than 1 star. At best a poorly run operation; worse case, possibly a scam given my experience.

Rapid Test Pest Control was courteous, punctual, and professional and took care of our pest problem in one visit. Our technician was Manny. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the process utilized. I would highly recommend him and Rapid Test Pest Control.
