I’m horrified at how this company operates. They set up jaw traps for coyotes (the type that clamps down on their paw) and put them in the middle of a trail and covered them with leaves. The trail is used by children going to school! A middle schooler was the first to find them. These traps are made to break a coyote’s paw leaving them trapped, maimed, and stranded until the trap is checked and the suffering animal is taken away to be euthanized. Thank god no children were injured. How do you people sleep at night?

Terrible. They said they would be humane. They were not. They used snap kill traps. I could not even stay in the house with my pets. Had to move out and they came out only when I complained about the smell. I had to check the traps and I am a vegan. They did not clean up the blood. The almost $600 "sanitation" was 90 sec spritz that he said was "very strong" and he said we would smell it. Did not ever smell anything. Ultimately they never returned for traps. I had to dispose of rats myself. This was a complete ripoff. One star because you couldn't give negative 27!

I had a dead raccoon under the house that started smelling so I was desperate for help. I was completely let down by Critter Control. I contacted them via phone voice-mail, the form on their website, and also the texting option on their website. They never answered their phone and I never heard back from them at all. They completely ignored me, even days later. Thank God I was able to find a different company to help remove the raccoon the same day. Their scam website makes it seem like they care. Save your money - don't waste it on this company. I hired Critter Control of Olympia to get rid of voles in my garden. After spending $700 and 10 treatments, the vole population is worse than when they started, wiping out my asparagus and rhubarb plants. I was told by the owner that their warranty doesn't apply to me. So much for satisfaction guarantee. Yes, they are scammers. Promise you the moon only to make the situation worse.

You claimed that your workers closed up every possible entrance to my home. What a lie! the same entry point exists where the original problem started. What a rip off. I can't even retrieve the original service contract on my email because once it is signed it disappears. Your crew from Port St.Lucie Fl. sucks. All talk, zero results. They are scammers. Beware people!

Jjon: I had this company to come out to my home and the treated my yard and they were supposed to come back but never did. I have call twice and no results. I spoke to a person today and they stated they will send someone out on the 25th or 31st of May what happened to the 2 weeks later? I paid the bill in full and to have to call twice for the second treatment and have to wait two months later is bad business practice. I was never contacted to inform me of what's was going on. I also set up and monthly treatment now I am not too sure if I want this service. I still have moles in my yard.

Lousy company to deal with. I had a tech appoint scheduled and he never arrived and never called me. I called the office when the tech hadn't arrived or called and they said they would look into it and the tech or the office would get right back to me. No one ever got back to me that day and no tech ever came out.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied about the scope of work that was needed since I was not with them when they inspected my sons house and my son was unable to see what they were saying since he is a disable vet. When they came out to perform the work the technician said we did not need all the work done and did not see any signs of the items the salesman stated. I tried calling and texting the salesman. After several attempts he responded he no longer worked there and gave me another number to call. I contact the new guy and got the same poor service and then stopped returning my calls. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Happy with the technician but was receiving continually invoices on services I had already paid. After speaking to the invoicing department numerous times the problem persisted. Bills were all paid and bank statements were provided. As a result of horrendous customer service has to cancel the service and would not recommend. If you have this company make sure you keep your receipts.
