He was on time very thorough and very helpful and informative. Sprayed all boundaries of house.
Mya was very sweet, thorough, professional, and explained to me what she was doing. When it was time for her to spray inside the house, she saw my grandson (4months old) and she informed me they she could not spray with him in the house because it wouldn’t be safe for him. She also informed me that he would need to be out of the house at least 2 hours before returning to the home after she was able to spray. She asked me if any main problem areas and place traps there even after she sprayed the area. Anthony Harrison with Aptive Environmental came by today and was very courteous and helpful. He asked questions to find out about any issues we were having and took the necessary steps to handle the problems. He serviced both inside and outside our home. He was prompt and he took all the necessary safety precautions to ensure the safety of our family and himself during this covid time.
He was awesome and we appreciate the prompt and friendly service he provided.

This is the second time Vincent has performed service for my home. On both occasions he has been extremely professional and friendly. He does a wonderful and very thorough job. I appreciate his hight attention to detail and pleasant demeanor.

After he left we went in the pool in the back yard and when getting out saw LOTS of ants in one if the crevices leading into into the pool! LOTS of ants. Not sure where they came from from. We never had them before.🤷🏽♀️

Jamal did an outstanding job! He did a thorough job paying close attention to detail ensuring all webbing was removed around the eves and windows of the house and that the spraying was applied evenly and accurately. Would be happy to have Jamal servicing our property in the future.
Technician parked in my driveway in my parking spot when I pulled up behind him at the same time. He spent very little time at our house. Most importantly- the Eaves were not wiped clean at all even after I asked him if he was going to do it. That is the one feature of my quarterly service I want done.
