Our technician was fantastic! He was very thorough in walking the property and even found a wasps nest that he took care of. He sprayed the inside and outside of our garage. Great service!

Jay was an outstanding technician. First, he has excellent interpersonal skills. He provided an overview of the scheduled treatment plan, requested feedback regarding any issues that we are currently encountering with pests and discussed follow up post treatment. He was careful and thorough while treating our property. We would be happy to have Jay serve as our technician in the future.

Max gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. Upon meeting him I showed him around and where some problem areas were. He was very polite and we'll dressed. I had a few questions which were answered immediately. He spent a bit of time at my house and was very thorough. I'm glad I switched to Aptive. 3 stars out of 3. Thank you!!

The man who came and did the actual work was very good. He went above and beyond with explaining what he was doing and getting it done. I would give him 5 stars.. But the company sent out a salesman who promised much more than the worker could do. He said they treat for mice, but the worker wasn't told so he did not have what was needed. He said they would treat for carpenter bees, but again, the worker wasn't told. So again, he didn't have what was needed. I would say once you get the go ahead to take the money, that's where the service ends! I will definitely be warning people to beware of this fast talking salesman!

Jason Foland did a summer treatment at our home in Allison Park today. I noticed that he took extra time to do all first floor window and door frames and was not in a hurry to cover the entire perimeter of the foundation. I was very pleased with Jason's attention to detail!
