I was very happy to have met Mr Diaz. He was a respectful young man and listened with a caring attitude to my complaints. He went beyond his call of duty to remove nests inside the outdoor light fixtures on my porch. Amazing what was hiding there!! Thank you very much and may you continue hiring people with integrity like Mr Diaz!

Phenomenal performer. On time as always. Polite and easy to talk to. Does more than any other representative in his field. Please emulate to others below, next and above him. Promote ahead immediately, especially ahead of his peers.
Our garage still has a wasp nest on it. I called and set up to have our home treated for voles. They are digging huge holes in our mulch where we have an electric fence for the dogs. It was supposed to be an additional $50 per service. I was told traps would be placed and serviced. I have yet to see any traps. The technicians are not trained enough in what they are treating. They keep treating for vole crickets (no additional charge) and not vole mammals. Lately, I have not been satisfied at all! This is the second technician to come out and not treat the voles.
Nice work; got rid of the any spiders nests. And whatever else pests you could get.
