Today we received the BEST service ever from Aptive! Dale was absolutely wonderful! On top of a super and friendly personality, he did a most thorough job. He sprayed the rafters in our basement, the entire garage, the interior and exterior of our shed and checked out a wasp problem we had in our back yard. He went above and beyond in my opinion. If we could request him every time, we would. He's an asset to Aptive Pest Control. Keep up the good work!

The 5 Stars is for the Technician! Now as far as what was promised and what made me me sign up I haven’t been able to get my app to work and I feel like I signed up with a ghost. I was sold this product based on the fact of the app and staying in contact through the app this is the reason I’m totally against contracts for this reason alone. Activity with insects has started back and no one has called. Now hopefully this is just a miscommunication and everything will work itself out.

I need to speak to someone. This is the second application from your company and both times I have gotten an infestation of flies in my house. The first was terrible and took me 3 weeks to get under control. This one is not as bad.

My rating is 0 stars. The tech did not call before he came. Came on the wrong day that had been previously scheduled. I was home in the backyard and only knew he came by because I received a text that he had been here. No service was performed! I see he made a report of what all he did while at my home and none of this is true. Then to top it off, I was charged for it! Took 30 minutes on hold for me to talk to customer service only to find out that payment had already been taken out of my bank account. When looking at the calendar , customer service did admit that they made a mistake on the scheduled date of service. Terrible job. Showed up with no appointment. Said he rang the bell but neither of us heard it. Was in our yard for maybe 4 minutes. Nothing was wet anywhere. He never even pulled the hose out of the truck. Just walked around with a small hand pump and was leaving before I stopped him. He had no explanation about why the lack of appointment. He said Covid was really messing with the company and they were so far behind no one was getting their quarterly services on time. I received a quarterly bill for $95 as soon as he left but I am still waiting for my 30 day follow up spray (initial spray was on May 27th - today is July 18th) I have demanded my $95 back and to cancel my contract with no ...Read More
