The technician who came out to service my home was nice and explained everything out. He was not able to do my garage because it was too cluttered. I am trying to get it straightened out so it can be sprayed. Just taking me a little nit since I work full time and my hours are a little different.
Our technician was very professional and courteous. He explained about the wasp nest we had and did a good job taking care of it.
He was very friendly and answered all our questions and even offered mice traps!
Shannon did a great job. Spoke to me before he started to find out about any issues and tailored the treatment to the problems I was having. Very happy with the service provided.
There are still spider webs all over the front of the garage. That is not acceptable, especially for $120.00 for service that maybe had the tech here for 10 minutes. I can send you pictures if you would like. I also see on the technicians check list that there was nothing done to the rodent traps. If they don't need to be refilled, common sense says there are no rodents. Pick them up and stop charging me for them. At this point, after just 2 services, I would have zero interest in renewing or recommending your service. Please don't waste my time and try to contact me. Just fix the issue.
