Thank you. Your employee was both polite and very thorough in his efforts and we very much appreciate the service. The outside of the house has never been cleaner than this year, and this is a lot easier than pressure washing cobwebs and the dirt that they capture. There are fewer in the house as well.

We cancelled and hired EcoShield for our pest control. I keep trying to call but the number goes to voicemail after 30 minutes of b the phone! Please cancel our account and send us notification!!

JASON HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL APTIVE AGENT. HE HAS THE ABILITY TO LISTEN WITH COMPASSION. ALWAYS CALLS AHEAD OF APPT ALSO. UNFORTUNATELY THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT ON SATURDAY JULY 18 FOR 10AM THE APTIVE AGENT WAS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL,AND DIDNT CALL PRIOR TO THE APPT. HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS OUTSIDE OUR HOME AND WE HAD GONE TO THE STORE AND TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE BACK WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES WHICH WAS EXACTLY 10 MIN AND HE NOT ONLY DID NOT WAIT BUT NEVER CALLED US BACK.
